Lunch with Zebra, a proper birthday party and goodbyes

19 10 08 - 11:00 25/9/08

A lunch date with wildlife

From Africa2

Mt Meru game lodge provides a nice backdrop for lunch, it's very peaceful, and the food is pretty good too....

Birthday bash

Here, the usual suspects are out for George's birthday party. Jock has recently acquired a toyota landcruiser, so they came out to visit us in Usa at our local preferred eatery, the Rivertrees lodge.

Jock, as ever, produced pyrotechnics and of course, his "Ballad of the prostate exam" for the occasion (don't ask!)

Mercia & Neil, are two new additions to the St Jude's family, having just driven up from Cape Town in a Landrover Freelander TD4 !

All too soon, it's time for Nik & Dave to depart:

We still managed to cram in a cool photo outside the airport though!

Dave says his standard goodbye:

And they make their escape...
